Please read these instructions carefully. They contain important information which will help you get the best from the chest freezer and ensure safe and correct installation and operation.
- 1. This chest freezer is for domestic indoor use only. Only install in a dry indoor environment.
- 2.
Remove all packaging material from outside and inside of the chest freezer including the foam base.
- 3. The chest freezer MUST be positioned on a firm level base. The front feet can be adjusted to level the chest freezer.

- 4.
Ensure there is sufficient space for the chest freezer to be installed. Leave a space both sides of at least 100mm to ensure good ventilation.
- 5. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the chest freezer.
- 6.
After the chest freezer is level, leave it for a least 4 hours before switching it on to allow the cooling system to settle.
- 7.
Ensure the chest freezer is not placed it in direct sunlight, or near any heat source such as stoves, gas ovens, electrical ovens and heater cores.
- 8.
Never sit on, or place heavy objects on top of the chest freezer.
- 9.
Ensure the chest freezer is cleaned thoroughly before use.

Leave the chest freezer to run for up to 24 hours, without opening the door after being plugged into the mains power supply. This is to reach the operating temperature inside.
