No power to the chest freezer

Check that chest freezer is plugged into the mains and switched on.
- 2.
Check the plug and lead for any damage.
- 3.
Try another electrical product in the same socket and see if it works. If it does not then it may be the electrical socket is at fault.
- 4.
Change the fuse in the plug, using a fuse with the same rating 13A.
- 5.
Check to see if the ambient room temperature is too low.

- 6. If the chest freezer has been unplugged, wait 5 minutes, then plugged in again.
