My Internet radio keeps cutting out or buffering

- 1. Ensure the router is up off the floor and as in the open as possible.
- 2. Ensure your Internet radio is within range of the router.
- 3. Ensure your Internet radio is not positioned close to electrical or other Wi-Fi products.
- 4. Ensure there are no bandwidth hungry devices using the internet at the same time.
- 5. Reset the router, then try to connect your Internet radio again.
