Getting to know your TV
To see what each step looks like, just click each step and check out the picture. You can also use the arrow keys on your keyboard.

Viewing Control Panel – Used to control your TV instead of the remote control.

Standby LED/Remote Control Sensor – Indicates if your TV is in standby/recording or receiving a signal from the remote control.
The Standby LED/ Remote sensor illuminates Blue when the TV is on, Red when in standby, flashes red when pressing the remote control. - 3.
LAN Socket – Used to attach an Ethernet cable for wired internet connection.

SCART Socket Lead Connection – Used for connecting equipment such as VCRs, DVD players and games consoles to the TV.
- 5.
Coaxial Out - Used to connect your TV to an amplifier or AV receiver.
- 6.
RF Input (ANT) – Used to connect a digital aerial, cable or satellite box.
- 7.
HDMI1 Socket – Used to connect high definition equipment such as a Sky+HD Box, Blu-Ray player or game console.
- 8.
HDMI2 Socket – HDMI 2 (ARC) – Used to connect high definition equipment such as a Sky+HD Box, Blu-Ray player or game console. Also outputs TV audio to HDMI-ARC equipment such as a sound bar.

HDMI3 Socket – Used to connect high definition equipment such as a Sky+HD Box, Blu-Ray player or game console.
- 10.
USB Sockets – Used to connect USB devices to browse stored media.
- 11.
MINI AV/YPbPR-R/L – Used to connect composite VIDEO and AUDIO (R/L) outputs sockets on external video equipment.
- 12.
MINI YPbPR – Used to connect such equipment as a DVD player, digital set-top box and other AV devices with component video sockets.
Note: Use the MINI AV/YPbPR-R/L socket when you want to connect to YPbPR audio.
- 13.
3.5 mm Headphone Jack – Used to connect audio devices such as headphones, mobile phones and soundbars.
Note: The headphone volume can be changed using the VOL+ and VOL- buttons. - 14.
CI Slot – Used to insert a CI card which allows you to view all the channels that you are subscribed to.
