Getting to know your TV

LAN Socket: Used to attach an Ethernet cable for wired internet connection.

HDMI2 Socket: HDMI 2 (ARC) – Used to connect high definition equipment such as a Sky+HD Box, Blu-Ray player or game console. Also outputs TV audio to a HDMI-ARC equipment such as a sound bar.

HDMI3 Socket: Used to connect high definition equipment such as a Sky+HD Box, Blu-Ray player or game console.

SPDIF / Optic. OUT: Used to connect a compatible amplifier or sound bar.
- 5.
VGA: Used to connect a computer to your TV.
- 6.
ANT: Used to connect a digital aerial, cable or satellite box.
- 7.
Back AV (Composite): Used to connect such equipment as a DVD player, digital set-top box and other AV devices with component video sockets.
- 8. TV Control Button: Used to control your TV instead of the remote control.
- 9.
3.5 mm Headphone Jack: Used to connect audio devices such as headphones, mobile phones and soundbars.
Note: The headphone volume can be changed using the VOL+ and VOL- buttons.
- 10.
HDMI1 Socket: Used to connect high definition equipment such as a Sky+HD Box, Blu-Ray player or game console.
- 11.
USB Socket: Used to connect USB devices to browse stored media.
- 12.
CI Slot: Used to insert a CI card which allows you to view all the channels that you are subscribed to.
