  • 1. Press the EPG button on your remote.
  • 2. Press OK.
  • 3. Scroll through the channels using the Up and Down arrows on your remote.
  • 4. Use the Left and Right arrows to see what has already been on, what's showing now and what programmes are still to come.
  • 5. When going back (left) through the Programme Guide, if you are connected to the internet and select a programme highlighted yellow, press the OK button to play it on demand from the internet.
  • 6. The selected on-demand programme will now play.
