  • 1. Press the TV GUIDE button on your remote.
  • 2. The Programme Guide will be displayed.
  • 3. Press OK, then OK again to watch highlighted programme.
  • 4. To display information of a highlighted program press the Information button on your remote.
  • 5. Use the arrows to scroll to programs that have played or are up next.
  • 6. Press EXIT to leave the Programme Guide.
