  • 1. Press the Freeview Play button on your remote.
  • 2. Scroll through the Freeview Play applications and select one to watch a TV programme on demand from that channel, or choose from the recommendations underneath.
  • 3. Once the application has loaded up, select the programme you would like to watch and press OK.
  • 4. The selected programme will now begin to play.
