    Press Menu.

    Scroll to Settings.

    Scroll to System.

  • 4.

    Scroll up to Sleep Timer, then press OK.

    Scroll Left or Right to select the desired time (E.g., 01:30).

  • 6.

    Scroll down to System.

  • 7.

    The sleep timer is now set. Press EXIT.
