No suction or loss of suction

Always disconnect the cordless vacuum cleaner from the mains before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.
To prevent a loss of suction, ensure any removable accessories/filters are assembled and aligned correctly.

Check the cordless vacuum cleaner is on the correct power mode for the floor surface.

Check the battery status bar, charge the battery if the level is low.

Check that the pre-motor filter is not blocked or needs cleaning.

Check that the exhaust filter is not blocked or needs cleaning.

Check that the floor head brush roller is not blocked or needs cleaning.

Remove and check any attached accessories for blockages.
