Clean the pre-motor filter

Always disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the mains before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.
To prevent a loss of suction, ensure any removable accessories/filters are assembled and aligned correctly.
- 1. Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the mains.
- 2.
Press the dust container release button.
- 3. Using the carry handle pull the dust container away from the vacuum cleaner.
- 4. Using the dust container lid release catch, open the dust container lid.
- 5.
Lift out the pre-motor filter. Shake off any dust.
- 6.
Lift the cyclone assembly out from the dust container.
- 7.
Wash the pre-motor filter and cyclone assembly with water, then allow to thoroughly dry.
- 8.
Replace the cyclone assembly into the dust container.
- 9.
Replace the pre-motor filter.
- 10. Close the dust container lid, until it clicks into place.
- 11.
Carefully re-attach the dust container.
