No suction or loss of suction

Always disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the mains before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.
To prevent a loss of suction, ensure any removable accessories/filters are assembled and aligned correctly and the dust container is not full.

Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the mains.
- 2.
Check the vacuum cleaner floor head adjustment is on the correct setting for the floor surface.

Check that the air outlet filter is not blocked or needs cleaning.

Check that the flexible hose is not blocked.
