- 3. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the upright vacuum cleaner.

In the event of a mechanical or electrical failure, do not attempt to repair your upright vacuum cleaner yourself.If the product is within warranty, please contact technical support using the number provided on the product support page. If the product is outside of the warranty period, either contact technical support or a qualified repair service.
- 5. Warning: Do not touch any part of the mains plug or insert the plug with wet hands.

- 7. To ensure your safety, the power lead plug must be inserted into an earthed three-pole socket. Check carefully and make sure that your socket is properly and reliably earthed.
- 8. Always unplug the upright vacuum cleaner from the mains before connecting or disconnecting the vacuum hose and accessories.
- 9. If there are any missing or damaged parts, do not use the upright vacuum cleaner.
- 10. Ensure the power lead is fully unwound and not a trip hazard.
- 11. Do not place fingers or objects near the rotating brush or floor head when using the upright vacuum cleaner is in use.
- 12. Do not use the upright vacuum cleaner to pick up sharp or hot objects.
- 13. Do not cover the air vents on your upright vacuum cleaner.
