  • 1.

    Unwrap the power lead, then plug it into the mains.

  • 2.

    Pull the main hose from the hose inlet.

  • 3.

    Press the handle clamp down, then pull the handle out.

  • 4.

    Push the main hose into the top of the handle, then twist the main hose clockwise until it clicks into place.

  • 5.

    Twist the height adjustment button to Long Pile.

  • 6.

    Push the desired accessory (E.g., upholstery brush) onto the end of the handle.

  • 7.

    Alternatively attach the desired accessory (E.g., dusting brush) directly to the main hose.

  • 8.

    Push the power button to turn the vacuum cleaner on.

  • 9. When you have finished, push the power button to turn the vacuum cleaner off.
  • 10.

    Pull the accessory from the end of the handle.

  • 11.

    Twist the main hose anti-clockwise to unlock, then remove the main hose.

  • 12.

    Push the main hose into the hose inlet.

  • 13.

    Push the handle into the vacuum cleaner until you hear a click.

  • 14.

    Unplug the power lead from the mains.

  • 15.

    Wrap the power lead onto the upper and lower power lead hooks.

  • 16.

    Remove and empty the dust container.
