  • On the tap part of your machine’s water inlet hose and at the ends of water inlet valves, there are filters to prevent entrance of the dirt and foreign materials in the water to the machine. If the machine is unable to receive sufficient water even though your water inlet tap is fully opened, filters should be cleaned.

  • 1.

    Close the water inlet tap.

  • 2. Press the on/off button to turn the washer dryer on.
  • 3.

    Select any wash programme except “Wash” or “Drain” (e.g., Spin Only).

  • 4.

    Press the Start/Pause button to start the desired programme.

  • 5.

    Let the wash programme run for 40 seconds.

  • 6. Press the Start/Pause button to stop the desired programme.
  • 7. Press the on/off button to turn the washer dryer off.
  • 8.

    Unscrew the water inlet pipe from the water inlet tap.

  • 9.

    Using water wash the filter.

  • 10. Reconnect the water inlet pipe to the water inlet tap.
  • 11.

    Unscrew the water inlet pipe from the back of the washer dryer.

  • 12.

    Pull out the filter using long nose pliers or pincer and wash thoroughly with a brush.

  • 13.

    Replace the filter.

  • 14.

    Screw the water inlet pipe into the back of the washer dryer.

  • 15.

    Open the water inlet tap and check there is no water leakage.
