  • 1. Check that the end of the drain hose is not positioned too low. The drain hose needs to be at a height between 60-100cm from the floor.

  • 2. Check that the end of the drain hose is not pushed too far into the external waste pipe causing a siphoning effect. There needs to be an air gap to allow correct drainage.
