  • Detergents may form sediments in your detergent drawer or in the housing of the detergent drawer over time. To clean the sediment, pull out the detergent drawer from time to time.

    Slide open the detergent drawer.

  • 2.

    Push down the release lever and remove the detergent drawer.

  • 3.

    Clean the detergent drawer with a soft brush like an old toothbrush and flush with clean water.

    Remove the liquid detergent level apparatus.

  • 5.

    Remove the siphon plug.

  • 6.

    Clean away any residue.

  • 7.

    Replace the siphon plug.

  • 8.

    Replace the liquid detergent level apparatus.

  • 9.

    Clean the exterior surface of the cabinet with lukewarm water and a non-abrasive cleaning agent, then rinse with clean water and then dry with a soft dry cloth.

  • 10.

    Carefully remove any residues in the detergent drawer housing, being careful not to drop anything into the washing machine.

  • 11.

    Place the detergent drawer back into the housing, then close the drawer.
