General maintenance

To get the best out the washing machine, we recommend that every 4-6 weeks with the drum empty run a wash cycle with lime scale remover, especially in hard water areas.

Wipe the door seals ideally after every wash cycle.

Do not leave metallic objects such as needles, paperclips, coins etc. in the washing machine drum.
Metallic objects lead to rust stains in the drum. To clean any rust stains, use a non-chlorine cleaning agent and carefully follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Never use a wire wool or similar objects for cleaning rust stains.

After each wash cycle leave the washing machine door open to help air the drum and reduce any mould build up.

Clean the outside of the washing machine with soapy water or non-corrosive detergents, then dry with a soft non-abrasive cloth.
