    Check that the washing machine is plugged into the mains power supply and the plug is switched on.

    Check that the washing machine door has been shut. The door will click when shut correctly.

  • 3.

    Ensure that the programme selection knob is not set to off/cancel. Turn the programme selection knob to the desired programme.

  • 4.

    Check that the start/pause button has been pressed.

  • 5.

    Change the fuse in the plug, using a fuse with the same rating 13A.
