Motor is running constantly

This maybe because the temperature setting in the chest freezer is colder than necessary.

If a large amount of unfrozen food has recently been placed into the chest freezer.
3.
The chest freezer door has been opened or kept open too often.
4.
After the chest freezer has been switched off for a long period of time or has just been installed.
Note: This will be the chest freezer altering to the desired temperature.
