Hob controls
1.
The ceramic heater is controlled by turning the hob control knob to the desired heat setting.
2.
Next to each hob control knob is a symbol indicating which ceramic heater it controls.
3.
Hob control knob position 0 is the off position.
4.
Hob control knob position 1 is the keep warm position.
5.
Hob control knob position 2-3 is the low heat position.
6.
Hob control knob position 4-5-6 is the cooking, searing and boiling positon.
