Cleaning the drain port and drain tray

The fridge freezer has a drain-hole inside on the rear panel; this helps to allow any excess water to drain away, keeping the fridge ‘frost-free’. The drain hole must be kept clean to ensure that the fridge can drain correctly, stopping water from collecting inside.

Make sure that you regularly check for any excess build-up of debris, frost or water in the fridge compartment channel or drain hole.
