1. Press and hold the Settings button for 3 seconds.

2. Using the Skip/Ffwd button, scroll to SYS, then press the Select button.

3. Using the Skip/Ffwd button, scroll to Contrast, then press the Select button.

4. Using the Skip/Ffwd button or Skip backward button, scroll to the desired contrast setting (E.g., 2), then press the Select button.

5. The screen contrast has now been adjusted. Press the Menu button.

6. Using the Skip back button, scroll to MSC, then press the Select button.
