The clothing is being damaged or torn

Clothing can get caught between the door seal and drum which will create friction when the tumble dryer starts. Ensure the clothing is placed properly inside the drum.

Check that the correct drying time has been selected. Use the clothing label and check the drying time guide in the user manual.
