There are grey marks left on my clothing

Ensure that the tumble dryer is not over loaded.
Check the drying time guide in the user manual for load weights.

Clothing can get caught around the door and trapped between the door seal and the drum, when the tumble dryer starts the clothing causing damage to the clothing.
