Cleaning the base filter
Always make sure that you unplug the tumble dryer from the mains before you start any maintenance.
Warning: Do not use Abrasive cleaners, sharp instruments, soap, household cleaner, detergent or flammable fluids. They may damage the tumble dryer and may cause a fire.
CAUTION: The base filter MUST in place and be cleaned after each use.
1. Unplug the tumble dryer from the mains power.
2.
Locate the maintenance cover.
3.
Open the maintenance cover.
4.
Release the 2 cover locks which hold the base filter in place.
5.
Pull the base filter out.
6.
Use your hands or a soft non-abrasive cloth to clean the base filter.
7.
Replace the base filter.
8.
Lock back into place the 2 cover locks.
9.
Close the maintenance cover.
10.
Plug the tumble dryer back into the mains power.
