How to use the TV Guide
1. Press the TV GUIDE button on your remote.
2. The TV Guide will be displayed.
3. Scroll through the channels using the Up and Down arrows on your remote.
4. Press the Blue button to skip forward one day.
You can also press the yellow button to skip back a day.
5. Press the Green button to set a reminder for a programme playing in the future.
Each programme with a reminder set will have a small green icon next to it.
6. Press OK to select the highlighted programme to watch.
7. Press EXIT to exit out of the TV Guide and watch the selected channel.
