Only the standby button is working on the remote control
1.
If only the Standby button is working, the remote control may have been paired to another Bluetooth device.

To re-pair the Remote Control, you will firstly need to pair it to a device such as a mobile/tablet.
3.
After pairing with the mobile/tablet, unpair the Remote Control from this device.
4.
Pair the Remote Control to the TV.

When a button is pressed, the Remote Control LED indicator will flash green indicating the Remote Control is in Bluetooth mode.
