Remote not working
Note: Periodically the look of menus and the home screen may change. Images in these guides may not always reflect what you see on screen. These updates are done automatically by the TV.
1.
During the TV start up time the remote control does not respond. This is normal behaviour.
2.
Ensure the remote control is paired with your TV.

Replace the batteries in the remote control.
4. Check the remote control is sending a signal to your TV.

5. The remote control may be faulty.
