How to factory reset the TV
1. Press the MENU button on your remote.
2. Scroll to SETTING and press OK.
3. Scroll down to Restore Factory Default on the second page of SETTING and press OK.
4. Select Yes and press OK.
5. Wait while the TV completes the reset.
6. The menu will appear once the reset is complete. The blue background will automatically be turned on. To turn it off, scroll to SETTING and press OK.
7. Scroll down to Blue Screen.
8. Use the arrow buttons to scroll to Off.
9. Press EXIT to exit out of the menu.
