The washing machine is not draining water
1.
Check that the drain hose is not obstructed or bent.

Check that the pump filter is not obstructed.

3.
Check that the clothing in the washing machine are placed in a well-balanced untangled manner.
An unbalanced load will not prevent the washing machine from continuing with drain and spin cycles.
