  • Always turn the cooker off at the mains power before you start any cleaning or maintenance.

    Ensure the hob control knobs are set to 0.

    Remove the pan supports.

  • 3.

    Remove the gas burner cap and crown.

  • 4.

    Wipe the hob surface around the burners using a damp cloth to remove any excess debris and then dry.

    Clean tough burnt on stains, use a bicarbonate of soda and water paste, leave this paste on for a short while to allow the paste to soften the burnt on food. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

  • 5.

    Thoroughly dry afterwards with a soft non-abrasive cloth.

  • 6.

    Replace the gas burner crown and cap.

  • 7.

    Replace the pan supports.
