Main oven defrost function

- 1.
Turn the cooker on at the mains power.
- 2.
Open the main oven door.
- 3. Place the frozen food on a tray and place on a shelf in the main oven.
- 4.
Close the main oven door.
- 5.
Turn the main oven control knob to the DEFROST function.
- 6. The main oven thermostat and warning lights will illuminate.
- 7.
Leave the frozen food in the oven for desired amount of time.
This function will not cook or bake the food, it will only help defrost it.
- 8.
When the food has defrosted, turn the main oven control knob to 0.
- 9.
Turn the cooker off at the main power.
- 10.
Open the main oven door, then using an oven glove remove the food.
