Unable to connect to my router

- 1. Ensure the router is up off the floor and as in the open as possible.

Ensure your Internet radio is within range of the router.
- 3.
Ensure your Internet radio is not positioned close to electrical or other Wi-Fi products.
- 4.
Check that you have entered the correct password.
- 5.
Check if you can connect to your router with another device. If not reset the router. You may need to check that your networks firewall is not blocking the connection from your radio.
If the product is within warranty, please contact technical support using the number provided on the product support page. If the product is outside of the warranty period, either contact technical support or a qualified repair service.
