  • 1. Fit the metal ring onto the vent hose
  • 2.

    Connect the exhaust connector to the vent hose.

  • 3.

    Using a Philips screwdriver tighten the metal ring to secure the vent hose to the exhaust connector.

  • 4.

    Locate the exhaust vent on the rear of the tumble dryer.

  • 5. Connect the vent hose to the exhaust vent on the back of the tumble dryer and tighten clockwise by hand.
  • 6.

    Extend the vent hose to the desired length and route the vent hose outdoors via a window or to an outdoor outlet in the wall.

    Ensure that the venting hose does not kink or bend which can reduce ventilation and can cause a build-up of water in the hose.
