  • Always disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the mains before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.

    To prevent a loss of suction, ensure any removable accessories/filters are assembled and aligned correctly and the dust bag is not full.

  • 1.

    Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the mains.

  • 2.

    Remove any attached accessory (E.g., floor head) from the extension hose and check for and remove any blockage.

  • 3.

    If the blockage persists, pull the extension hose from the flexible hose.

  • 4.

    Check for any blockage and remove using a pair of long nose pliers or a long thin piece of wire.

  • 5. Turn the flexible hose coupling anti-clockwise to unlock, then pull away from the hose socket.
  • 6.

    Check for any blockage and remove using a pair of long nose pliers or a long piece of wire.

  • 7. If the blockage persists, remove the inlet filter and check for and remove any blockages.
