  • Always disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the mains before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.

    To prevent a loss of suction, ensure any removable accessories/filters are assembled and aligned correctly and the dust bag is not full.

  • 1. If the vacuum cleaner is very hot to the touch, it maybe overheating. Do not use the vacuum cleaner until it has cooled down.
    The vacuum cleaner has a thermal cut off thermostat that protects the vacuum cleaner in case of motor overheating.

    Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the mains.

  • 3.

    Check that the dust bag is not full and is properly fitted.
