To get the best out of the washer dryer we recommend that every 4-6 weeks with the drum empty, run a wash cycle with lime scale remover, especially in hard water areas.

For more information, see the performing a maintenance wash topic.

After each wash cycle leave the washer dryer door open to help air the drum and reduce any mould build up.

  • 3.

Wipe the door seals ideally after every wash cycle.

  • 4.

Do not leave metallic objects such as needles, paperclips, coins etc. in the washer dryer drum.

Metallic objects lead to rust stains in the drum. To clean any rust stains, use a non-chrlorine cleaning agent and carefully follow the manufacturers instructions. Never use a wire wool or similar objects for cleaning rust stains.

Clean the outside of the washer dryer with soapy water or non-corrosive detergents, then dry with a soft non-abrasive cloth.
