Performing a maintenance wash

Important: Ensure the washer dryer is empty before running a maintenance wash.
- 1. Start a hot wash cycle (Cotton 90ºC). This will run the cleaning product through the washing machine helping to remove any residual washing detergent and kill any bacteria.Select the correct temperature using the auxiliary temperature button.
For more information, see the Auxiliary function button topic. - 2. Use specialist cleaning products or other descaling products, this will help clear any build-up of left-over washing detergent and liquid which may have gathered in the bottom of the washer dryer during everyday
If you do not have any products, you can still commence with the maintenance wash.
- 3. After that cycle has finished, put about 250ml of white vinegar in the detergent compartment in the detergent drawer.
- 4. Start a Cotton 40ºC wash cycle. The white vinegar will help remove any remaining odours.Select the correct temperature using the temperature auxiliary button.

- 6. Check that the pump filter is clean and free from any objects.
