  • The pump filter system lengthens the life of your pump, which is used to drain the dirty water. It prevents dirt entering the pump. Cleaning of your pump filter every 2-3 months is recommended.

    The pump filter should be checked if the washer dryer does not empty or spin, or makes unusual noises during draining.

    WARNING: Never remove the filter during a wash programme, always wait until the programme has finished and the laundry has been removed.

    Close the inlet water tap.

  • 2. Place a towel or container in front of the filter cover to prevent any spillage from the remaining water in the washer dryer.
  • 3. Open the pump cover.
  • 4.

    Turn the filter cover anti-clockwise.

  • 5. Remove the filter cover.
  • 6. Remove any debris from inside the pump filter housing.
  • 7. Clean the filter with a brush, then flush the filter with clean water.
  • 8.

    Replace the filter cover, then turn the filter cover clockwise to lock it into place.

  • 9. Close the pump cover.
  • 10. Open the inlet water tap.
